Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

We offer no returns once payment is submitted.

Return Exceptions

If your card is charged twice for the same service or case, we will refund you the amount.

Exchanges

If payment is submitted for a class, and the client is not able to finish his/her court process, in the future when he/she opens a new case (with a different court case number), the payment under the first case number will not be changed for the new one.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Sunday - Thursday 12m - 6pm.

Carriers

We only used normal postal mail.

Order Tracking

There is no order tracking unless the client pays an additional fee for this service and carrier.

Back Orders

If for any reason, the client does not receive his/her copy of the certificate, we can send a new copy at no extra charge (the original copy we send directly to the court).
